Instructions:

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 1 minute), stirring to combine.

  3. Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and garlic powder. Mix until dough forms.

  4. Spread dough onto parchment paper into a flat oval or rectangle shape.

  5. Sprinkle with herbs and bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Slice and serve warm.
