Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower and cut into chunks.

  2. Pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice grains.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the cauliflower rice and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender.

  5. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional herbs or spices.

Special Tip:

For a more “fried rice” flavor, add soy sauce (or coconut aminos), scrambled eggs, and chopped green onions.
